Paige is a talented draw specialist and two-way midfielder. She has excellent handles at the draw with one-handed snags, boxing out for ground balls and passing to her teammates quickly out of pressure. Defensively she has quick footwork in her 1v1's to stay matched against shifty players. She has a defensive textbook stance staying within a stick’s length, getting in her opponents’ hands, having her stick in the passing lane, and applying pressure while staying low and driving with her legs. Paige clears the ball well by reading the field and moving it efficiently with crisp passing. Offensively she moves well off ball to create separation from her defender by cutting well to free up her hands and get a quick shot release on goal. She drives hard to cage with well-placed shots. Paige will continue to diversify her dodges to cage on the offensive end as well as highlight more of her efforts in settled team defense of slides, crashes and double teams.
