Carter does a good job of keeping his feet moving and knocking down passes. He has very good stick work overall, and doesn't overcommit when playing 1v1. He's opportunistic with his checks, and doesn't go crazy trying to take the ball away. I'd like to see him push the ball harder in transition, he is a good athlete with a good stick and can draw the defense if he goes to the goal.
