Connor is a taller defenseman who uses his size and reach very effectively. He does a good job of keeping his feet moving and being physical, and uses his long arms to knock down passes. He isn't afraid to push the ball in transition, and has the stick skills to be a threat when he does. The next step for Connor will to be more effective with his checks; it's good that he's built a strong foundation with his footwork but he needs to learn how to create more takeaways.
