John does a good job of staying balanced in the net, and is very rarely out of position or guessing. He gets the ball out of his stick quickly on clears, and is always looking up and over to help start transition. He doesn't give up many rebounds, and the ball doesn't pop out of his stick as much as with some other young goalies. There are some inaccurate passes in this film, so he'll want to make sure that gets dialed in.
