Payton is an athletic LSM who will hound his man all over the field. He keeps constant pressure on the ball, and his speed makes him a threat in transition. It's good that he applies so much pressure on the ball, but he sometimes presses out too hard and lets his man get to the middle of the field. I'd like to see him focus on keeping up that pressure but also having better body positioning.
