Turner is an athletic middie with a good first step. He can dodge and score with either hand, but can also rip from the outside. He moves well off ball which helps him get these shooting opportunities, and he's an effective faceoff man when needed. He's a good initiator, but he'll need to keep improving as a feeder if he wants to be a more complete offensive player.
