Mitchell is an effective righty dodger who can shoot on the run or with time and room. He's able to go to his left as well, and does a good job of keeping his head up and looking for his teammates when he dodges. I'd like to see him work harder off ball to find room for himself, and to also add a little more velocity on his shot.
