• Coach Koshansky (Eclipse) - Hayden is a pit bull on the field, he is tenacious and his drive doesn’t quit. He isn’t afraid to run through his defenseman to get to the goal or to scrap for a tough ground ball. In addition to being a dodging threat from X and the wing, he does the little things right like being a great feeder and riding through the midline.
  
• Coach Spillane (Byram Hills HS) - Hayden is everything you can ask for in a member of your program. The obvious is that he's a standout player, being able to do anything asked of an attackman at a high level, especially playing in 2 man, playing/finishing in tight spaces, and playing at the island. But he is a supportive teammate who always strives to be a great example for others while bringing them along with him, and is always looking to get better ... with his tireless work ethic and coachability he has an incredibly high ceiling.
