Dallin Tanner  Video Breakdown
Coaches Comments:
  •  Dallin is one of the most athletic players I have ever coached. His natural aggression on the field and the determination to be better than any other player he is going against is impressive. He will play with the best offensive players and take the ball away from them. Dallin has some of the highest lax IQ that I have seen. He asks for every coach’s feedback after each practice and game. He is a true leader on and off the field. Dallin is not afraid to help make his teammates better by communicating clearly what he sees and expects them do to to be successful. -Ricky Larkin (Director/2021 Co-Head Coach)
  • Dallin is a freak athlete and has been the top defender on our Wasatch LC elite team for the past two years. He applies what you tell him right away and he is the most coachable player I’ve ever coached. Even when he has the best practice or game, he will still always ask for feedback on what he needs to work on. This summer he stood out against the top teams in the country. If you need an attackman shutdown, put Dallin on him. If there is a 50/50 groundball, Dallin is going to get it. He is excellent at one man clears and he never forces it on offense. His IQ really stands out. -Danny Larkin (Director/2021 Co-Head Coach)
  • Dallin is a highly coachable player who will take on any challenge head on. You can match him on the opposition‘s best player and Dallin can keep him off the scoresheet. A verbal and physical leader on the field, he will lead your slide package to cause a turnover or get out on ball with a variety of takeaway checks and get the ball upfield quickly when he does. -Adam Eddinger (2021 Assistant Coach)
  • Dallin Tanner is one of those kids you love to coach. He is always on time and asks the right questions. He has great footwork and and match feet with the best in the country. Dallin is the best D pole prospect to come out of Utah. -Jarron Woodson (2021 Assistant Coach)
  • Dallin has been the leader of our '21 defense and lock down defense man this past summer. He has a high lax IQ and is always able to cause turnovers and push the ball in transition. Dallin is always wanting to improve and create opportunities for his teammates. He has a bright future ahead of him! -Cameron Folkersen (2021 Assistant Coach)
  • Dallin has super high intensity and is ready to learn at all time. High energy teammate and wanting everyone to compete at the highest level they can. FREAK OF AN ATHLETE. -Porter Shepherd (2021 Assistant Coach)
Teammate Comments:
  •  Dallin Tanner is a great player and teammate. He is the tone setter, field general, and leader for us. He leads by example and gives great feedback to our teammates. He his high lax IQ, athleticism/endurance, and aggressive style makes him an extremely difficult defender to beat 1 on 1. He is a communicator off ball helping to create many off ball turnovers. His speed and stick skills combined with his fearlessness makes him a very dangerous threat in transition. In all Dallin Tanner is a fantastic teammate/friend and easily one of the best players in Utah. -Max Parker (2021/Midfield)
